rooms with a jacuzzi bath had a quiet atmosphere. had a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. the staff were ready to help with where to go in rome.

We didn't want to say goodbye and will certainly stay here again. Its location in Rome was comfortable, near to wonderful cafes and restaurants and the Vatican, metro and other attractions and Vatican and Metro. Had brunch in the Del Frate, located nearby...

Diana who prepared our rooms/breakfast was friendly & great! Good location for walking on the left & right banks of the river Tiber. The breakfast was adequate and nowadays with tasty & fresh croissants, etc.

I thoroughly enjoyed well-equipped and well-kept room in this hotel.

The place was fairly clean with a competent staff with excellent service. The location of this hotel just next door to St Peter and Vatican Museums, and the Vatican - the Museum, Sistine Chapel and the St Peter's Basilica was convenient. Fast food restaurant Flower Burger Roma was 500 metres away from the place.

Staff were disinterested in providing any type of service in respect of any request, "breakfast" was woeful, a smelly drain in the bathroom was still not attended to four days after the request

Excellent location - central and safe area. Courteous receptionist. Comfortable room. We were in an oldish part but the hotel has a new area that seems even nicer.

Our room was exactly outside the eating area.

The room lacked sound insulation, making it noisy at times.

I'm very grateful to the staff of the hotel. They helped me a lot and it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel especially thanks to the staff. The room was clean and nice. The location is very good - 5min to Vatican,15 min to Piaza del Popolo, 5 min to Lepanto metro station and 10 min to Termini trainstation by metro, via Cola di Rienzo with many shops is right next to it. The breakfast was really nice and good served. I'll certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and comeback one more time!

Hotel staff (specifically, Daniel) was exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful providing detailed directions, information, and news (transportation strike) that really helped us during our trip in Rome. My family kept commenting on how cute the facilities were just like other reviewers. Clean rooms. Great location to the Vatican. Good breakfast. Felt safe with hotel security and cameras.

Small bathroom/shower. Water ran a little cold and inconsistent at night. A little far from other attractions and far if traveling with luggage to metro. Elevator was interesting to see but too small for ease of use.

The rooftop garden offered fine views and peaceful relaxation spots. The beautiful decor felt cute and lovely.

More comfortable bedding for better sleep quality.

The position of the hotel is the best if you want to go out in the center of the city by foot, the lady in the reception (the morning shift) was very helpfull, the rooms were clean and quite and very roomy for a b&b hotel, the breakfast was perfect.In general if you can afford it its one of the best b&B.

The room was cozy, but lacked adequate bathroom shelves.

All the staff members were welcoming.
